After a good rain there are some shallow depressions on Cowpie that hold water for a little while. Though only a couple of inches deep they provide reflections of the surrounding formations. The eastern edge of Flying Buttress is on the right with an edge on view of the Mitten ridge. While the Mitten ridge is in full sun light, the Cowpie formation is still in shadow.
